At Nordine Remodeling we exceed what is dictated by industry standards. Material selection ranges from the nails we use to the shingles themselves. We beat the standard. Every time we replace or repair a roof, when we are pulling up the previous contractor's work, we are reminded of this fact.

 Only Roofers Certified With Manufacturers Can Offer Their Guarantees
Most roofers, especially those like us who do not install original roofs but replace and repair existing roofs, are NOT certified with the manufacturer. This prevents them from offering the extended manufacturer's warranty. If you hire a NON-certified roofer, you will still get the manufacturer's basic product warranty that replaces the material. If there is a material defect, however, you will not be covered and will have to pay for the labor to replace it.
A certified installer can offer you extended, Non Pro-Rated warranties that will pay for the material AND the labor to replace it. For example - GAF - one of the world's largest roofing material manufacturers, reports that only four percent of installers are certified to install their material. Nordine Remodeling is a certified installer for every product they install. You are protected with a full manufacturer warranty backing the material AND the workmanship to replace if defective.
